Oh, ho funny! We posted this one on our blog last week as well after we heard about it on a Listserv. Priceless — perhaps this would be a good video to show to folks who constantly want to negotiate. I think it really puts it in perspectives. We always say one shouldn’t negotiate on price when one is the seller — after all, professional services are nothing like a Mexican tianguis, where haggling is de rigeur.
